Tridentum Trento DOC Brut is an acutely elegant sparkling wine from Trentino Alto-Adige, a region in Northern Italy. The wine is then aged on the lees for about six months in stainless steel before secondary fermentation in the bottle, and finally 48 months resting on the lees.
Tridentum Trento DOC Brut by Cesarini Sforza has a gorgeous dried flowers aroma on the nose, soft hay and a little toastiness and biscuit, all lifted by a bright acidity and fresh fruits. Full and rich on the palate with soft bubbles and truly excellent length of flavour.

The Winery: Cesarini Sforza
Cesarini Sforza was founded in 1974 in Trento by Count Lamberto Cesarini Sforza, along with pioneers of the Champenoise Method (Metodo Classico). Cesarini Sforza joined the La Vis cooperative in 2000 and in doing so were able both to benefit from the fertile soil research that the cooperative carried out, and also has given them access to the full range of grapes grown by the many members of La Vis. The different soils, microclimates and training systems lend a distinct personality to these vintage sparkling wines.
