Grape: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo
Alcohol Content: 12%
Unit Quantity: 750 ml
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is one of the most cultivated grape in the Centre Italian region. It is a very fresh and enjoyable white wine. The stalks are gently stripped away and the remaining grapes are crushed, pressed and clarified. The wine is then aged in stainless steel and bottle. A fantastic every day wine.
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo by Caldora has vivacious straw yellow, and it is comfortably persistent with a simple aroma of stone fruits; such as nectarines. A floral tone of orange blossom combines to achieve a clean, candied dimension both on the nose and palate while a full structure and a confident finish gives the flavours balance and purpose.
Best to be enjoyed with
The best way to pair Trebbiano d'Abruzzo by Caldora is with antipasti and lighter dishes. White meat and young, fresh cheeses are a good pairing, but it makes a lovely satisfying pairing with most fish. Try it with anchovy omelette or anchovy and caper crostini.
