Spumante Metodo Classico Ardè

Castellari Bergaglio

ARDÈ IS A REALLY UNIQUE SPARKLING WINE, COMBINING THE SCENT OF THE CORTESE GRAPES (TRADITIONAL TO THIS PART OF PIEDMONT) WITH THE SUBTLETY BROUGHT BY THE REFINEMENT IN BOTTLE. NOT TO BE MISSED.
The qualities of Ardè are evident even at sight: the fine-grained and inviting perlage is a prelude to a soft touch and flavour. This wine's aromas stand out, ranging from flavour notes of apple rind and yellow plum to elegant fragrances of dried fruit and bread crust, from camomile flowers to honey, from talc to the fine balsamic tones of mint and medicinal herbs. A superb aperitif wine, Ardè will pair wonderfully with fried vegetables and sea fruits. Daringly, even with a Lemon Bavarian Cake for dessert!
Best to be enjoyed with: Ardè is a wine accessible by everyone, greatly expressive and not complicated to taste, apt to entice your friends with its extraordinary elegance.

The Castellari Bergaglio Winery
The Castellari Bergaglio family decided to start making wine in the late 19th century. Since the beginning, the purpose was to make wines with features unmistakably linked to the distinctive nature of their terroir. A specific focus is given to the Cortese grape, peculiar to the Gavi area in Piedmont.

Franciacorta Docg

Brut Millesimato

Monzio Compagnoni

AN INTENSE AND DETERMINED WINE FROM FRANCIACORTA, THE LEADING SOURCE OF SPARKLING WINE IN ITALY, EXPRESSING ALL THE PERSONALITY OF THE ORIGINATING GRAPES: CHARDONNAY AND PINOT NERO.
The wine reveals a bold straw-yellow colour, with an extremely fine-grained but persistent perlage. On the nose, this Brut delivers an intense and fresh bouquet, followed by traditional notes of yeast, made even more refreshing by a slight citrus tone apt to smooth its effervescence. It holds an extremely balanced mouthfeel, with slight nuances of dried fruit, spices and an aftertaste where freshness matches with fruit ripeness.
Best to be enjoyed with: your wine-knowledgeable friends will appreciate it; they will know how to appreciate both its bold style and wide gastronomical versatility; it pairs perfectly with fish appetisers and roasted white meats.

The Monzio Compagnoni Winery
Monzio Compagnoni is a family-run winery that began production in 1987. The family started with a relatively small parcel of land on the Emnetta hill, in the Bergamo area, and has eventually extended to the rivaling Brescia area for the production of Franciacorta.

Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry

Casabianca

KNOWN (AND ENVIED) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, THE PROSECCO HAS NOW BECOME A REAL STATUS SYMBOL. AND SUCCESS IS GUARANTEED WITH SUCH A SEDUCTIVE AND ENJOYABLE WINE!
The colour is a light straw-yellow - shiny and bright. The perlage is fine-grained. The olfactory perception is intense and refined, with a penetrating sensation of freshness brought by the aromatic notes of anise and wisteria, all animated by intense fruit fragrances, where the essence of yellow pear stands out. The taste is consistent, extremely pleasant, with a nod to the same refreshing and floral notes already perceived on the nose. The finish of this wine is enjoyable, fresh and dry, with a slightly salted accent.Best to be enjoyed with: alone or socially, it is the perfect way to experience an Italian-styled apertif, made with focaccias, bruschettes, mixed bread crusts and fried vegetables. Suitable for any occasion. Salute!

The Casabianca Winery
In 1906, the Manin family started to plant its first Prosecco vines in a sunny valley of the Montello hills and founded the estate. The winery takes its name from the wonderful white house situated in the highest hill of that property which overlooks all the vineyards. The great tradition of this sparkling wine originates from this marvellous area.
