Barolo is the King of Italian Winemaking! This is a precious 2003 Riserva, which was a regular vintage in terms of climatic conditions and temperatures.
Barolo Riserva 2003 by Borgogno has ruby red colour with garnet highlights, slightly orange. The nose reveals beautiful aromas of dried violet, notes of small red fruits and only later delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, characterized by an austere well balanced tannin.
Best to be enjoyed with
