    FOOD PARING

Sangiovese Rubicone by Vinvita is great on its own, even better with tomato based pastas, panzanella and roasted meats.

    TASTING NOTES

    >TASTING<

    VENETO

This very easy drinking red has typical sangiovese character, the fruit shown to the max as this wine spends no time in oak. Ripe cherry and red fruit, with a touch of flowers and spice. Well balanced, fleshy, quaffable.

    THE WINERY

    VINVITA
    THE WINERY

    The Winery: Vinvita
Vinvita is a brand whose aim is to showcase the best of Northern Italian wine production. The north of Italy has experienced significant development over the past 150 years thanks to the industrial cities and thriving ports and the soaring mountain ranges and spectacular coastlines that define the North are not simply landscapes. They are also home to the economic and technological centres of Italy. As a result, the mind-set of the communities in the northern regions of the Italian Peninsula is that of efficiency, precision, and advancement. The wines of Vinvita reflect this. They are linear and focussed, clean and mineral, light, and polished.
‘Vinvita’ loosely translates as ‘Wine is Life’ in Italian. It is apt because viticulture has played a pivotal role in the development of the regions of the north of Italy.
