Laura and Claudio farm this plot using a biodynamic approach, as part of the Fico Wines project, to ensure they bottle the full power of nature and terroir."

Sangiovese Per Filo IGT by Principe Corsini has a vibrant ruby red color in the glass, the first smell is greeted by pronounced aromas of fresh red berries and cherry, floral notes of rose and lavender, and citrus fruits of pomegranate juice, all given an edge by cracked black pepper. The usual harmony of smooth tannin and vibrant acidity lead to a high class wine, and brilliant value bottled under the IGT Toscana label.

In an archetypal “Chiantishire” countryside rises a Renaissance villa that is the home of the Principe Duccio Corsini, a cheroot-chewing connoisseur of Chianti and also a gardening expert. In contrast to the medieval origins of his family home, his world famous winemaker Carlo Ferrini helps him craft very modern wines. They display richness, depth of colour and fruit and noteworthy complexity.
