    Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico is one the most intriguing Italian red wine and it is produced in Veneto, a region in northern Italy. Amarone is a 'straw wine' made from grapes that have been dried to concentrate their juice. Minimum 3 years in Slovenian oak casks (60%) and in barriques (40%), 8 months in bottle for the final ageing process. Grapes: 70% Corvina e Corvinone; 30% Rondinella, Croatina, Oseleta e Dindarella
