Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico 'Costa Verde' by Tenuta di Tavignano

Verdicchio is a white-wine grape variety that has been cultivated for hundreds of years in the Marche region of central Italy. It is a versatile variety, used both for light, easy-drinking table wines, and for more complex, ageworthy examples. It is commonly lauded by critics as being one of Italy's best white-wine grape varieties, and is very popular around the World.

Tasting notes
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 'Costa Verde' by Tenuta di Tavignano has fresh fruit aromas such as white peach and floral notes on the nose. On the palate it shows typicity with citrus fruit, stone fruit and a slight bitter almond aftertaste.

Best to be enjoyed with
Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 'Costa Verde' by Tenuta di Tavignano works exceptionally well with light seafood dishes, seafood rice, white meats, omelettes and vegetables. Try it with Seafood Taglierini or Brodetto all'Anconetana (Italian fish stew).

Travignano consists of 30 hectares of vineyards located in a small town called Cingoli, in the heart of the Marche region. Cingoli has a perfect Verdicchio growing climate with good sun exposure from the South-East and ventilation from the cooling Northerly winds. Though they are not certified at current, in 2015 they started the conversion process to Organic agriculture and hope to achieve official certification in the near future.

Primitivo Puglia Mezzogiorno has dark, ruby-red colour with violet highlights. Intense and fragrant bouquet with a rich variety of sensations. Pleasant, harmonic and velvety taste.

Primitivo Puglia Mezzogiorno is a great wine for roasted meats and pasta with meat, especially ragu. Excellent with hard cheeses.

Sangiovese di Toscana by Caparzo 

Italian Red Wine

Sangiovese di Toscana is a great red wine from three different estates in Montalcino, Castelnuovo Berardenga and Magliano. To ensure optimum fruit quality, the grapes are harvested at different times and vinified separately. Vinified in stainless steel to retain fruit and freshness. The final blend is made just before bottling and the wine is aged for 1-3 months in bottle before being released.

Tasting notes
Sangiovese di Toscana by Caparzo has bright ruby colour with hints of violet. Intense, fruity, bouquet, with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries and spice. The palate has a warm brambly feel, full of soft ripe fruit and a peristant spice to the finish. Easy drinking.

Best to be enjoyed with
The best way to pair Sangiovese di Toscana by Caparzo is  with panzanella, sausages with white beans, spaghetti with tomatoes and basil.

Moscato d’Asti is a famous sweet wine from Piemonte, a region in Northern Italy. Cultivated for hundreds of years in the Asti area, Moscato bianco is considered one of the oldest grapes grown in that area, known from the Roman age.

Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is sweet and seductive, vibrant and sharp, refreshing and effervescent. Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine perlage, intense orange blossom, peach and thyme Served cold with its delicate and persistent bubbles, it is like a refreshing shower in summer.

Moscato d’Asti by Paolo Saracco is excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with any desserts and it's a real feast with Pandoro or Panettone, the Italian Christmas cake.

Paolo Saracco winery is based in an area called the Langhe Astigiane. It is a zone widely regarded as the prime area for the production of Moscato d’Asti, the unique wine consisting of partially fermented must. Paolo manages all aspects of the production and cultivation of the property’s 40 hectares to produce nearly 400,000 bottles, almost all of which is Moscato.
